JacksonGrant Executive has been retained by a US-headquartered multinational in the FMCG / industrial services space to appoint a new Country Manager for Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership. 

You’ll own revenue growth, profitability, customer retention and service excellence. You’ll lead, develop and inspire a high-performing commercial and service organisation of 100+ people. You’ll set the standard in the market; and raise it.

What you will lead 

Safety & Standards 

  • Be the visible safety champion for the organisation. 
  • Ensure every field professional is trained, protected and operating to world-class safety expectations. 

Business Performance & Growth 

  • Own and execute the country plan: sales, profitability, retention, service quality. 
  • Review performance, identify gaps, act fast. 
  • Track market trends and turn them into strategy and action. 
  • Roll out divisional programmes consistently across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. 

Customer Success & Retention 

  • Protect and grow key accounts. 
  • Partner with field leaders to improve service, drive value and reduce total cost for the customer. 
  • Lead business reviews that clearly show ROI and competitive advantage. 
  • Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns. 

Large-Scale Team Leadership 

  • Lead a team of 100+ sales and service professionals. 
  • Set clear expectations, coach constantly and hold a high bar on performance and behaviour. 
  • Build succession plans, develop future leaders and keep talent engaged and growing. 
  • Create a culture where people feel respected, supported and motivated to perform. 

Business Development 

  • Drive new business: prospect, build pipeline, negotiate, close. 
  • Open new doors in priority sectors and strengthen the company’s position in the region.

What you bring 

  • Strong commercial track record delivering growth, margin and retention. 
  • Experience leading large organisations (100+ direct / indirect team members) across multiple sites or countries. 
  • Proven ability to build, coach and scale high-performing teams. 
  • Credibility with both frontline teams and senior stakeholders. 
  • Clear, persuasive communicator. 
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through. 
  • Comfortable with planning, data, business reviews and tools (MS Office, analytics). 
  • Fluent in English and local languages. 
  • Willing to travel across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. 
  • Confident navigating complexity, resolving conflict and creating alignment.
